Izzy was on cloud nine, her very first BiS! Izzy and Womble were awarded the best pet award! The judge commented
on how impressed she was with Izzys handling - confident and gentle. She was also impressed with Izzys knowledge of colours.
Womble was perfectly behaved as usual, what a good boy.
We can't thank the club enough for
investing the time, effort and encouragement to the yongsters. Izzy and Womble recieved...a trophy and rosette for Best Pet,
a rosette and certificate for Best Girls pet and a BRC recognised Best Pet Award. Her prizes included a chocolate bar and
a green cuddly rabbit. Wombles included a wooden green pear chew toy, some Russel Rabbit treats and some Science Selective
Junior food.
Izzy became very shy when having her picture taken with Womble, Mummy and the Judge,
but for the rest of the show pranced around with their trophy waiting for people to notice their prize. She was happy to discuss
their win with all who asked, including details of his breed, colour and age.
On the way home
Izzy kissed her trophy and told us how great Womble was, until she fell asleep gripping it tightly.
The
next day she took Womble and their winnings to Nursery.

Womble came 3rd in the girls pet class and received a pretty
rosette. Izzy handled him well and was preapred to handle other rabbits on the table too. Well done to both Womble and Izzy

Womble came 4th in a very large girls pet class. Izzy wasn't too shy, answering
questions from the judge about her rabbits name, age and colour.
Santa was there too and gave Izzy and Zac
some great little presents! This was a fun show for the kids with colouring and a safe play area outside.

The third generation to enter showing! Izzy aged 3 enters her first show with Womble.
He is one of only a couple
of rabbits that she considers her own.
The stewards had to fetch a chair for her to stand on to steward her rabbit.
She looked every part the exhibitor, handling her rabbit very well (she even blew in to his coat like mummy does to check
the depth of colour).
We already know Izzy has a REAL love of animals and especially her rabbits and is gaining
a great understanding of them too, thanks to her willingness to learn from her mummy.
WELL DONE IZZY XXX
At the show, once Izzy saw the pink 1st place rosette on Wombles' cage, she
commented to Shannon 'My rabbits better than yours, mine won, yours didn't.' Oh my goodness, where did she get
that competitive streak from?
(Not her mummy or granny!)

When asked by her family later that week if Izzy was looking forward to going to her next show to compete, her
response was... 'I don't have to, I won'
